Facility Rental Notes:

     1)       All reservations for space and/or services must be made through the church’s office administrator

     2)       Space rates are for single occurrence functions.

     3)       A program or series of meetings will be subject to a minimum charge of $8/hour/room; appropriate service charges will be added when applicable.

     4)       Activities that spread beyond their allotted space will be assessed a further charge to cover extra clean-up made necessary.

     5)       Normally, requests from schools for youth-based functions will be considered “church-related”.

     6)       Sexton/Security services are provided without additional charge during regular daily operation of the church office and facilities. Facilities used outside regular operation periods will be subject to these additional charges, as appropriate.

     7)       Hall fee may be waived if built into UCW plate charge.

     8)       Availability of the requested space is dependent upon accommodation by existing church activities.

     9)       Rental of space/services does not guarantee use of the parking lots.

     * Hourly rates apply if request is for under 4 hours of use, a full days rate will be applied if over 4 hours. A security fee of $9.50 will be applied if after regular church hours.

Monthly Parking (Charlotte & George St. lots) $50.

Each accommodation request will be reviewed with the applicant by the Church Office Administrator to determine the specific requirements and establish the appropriate fee(s) for an event.  Unique or special conditions may alter any of the above.
