The Reverend Richard Bowley was ordained by The United Church of Canada at the 2012 Maritime Conference. He has been a part of the United Church his whole life, attending and serving in churches in Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Saskatchewan.
Rev. Richard is no stranger to Fredericton, as he attended the University of New Brunswick for his undergraduate degree. He also met his partner, Natalie, while studying here. From Fredericton, Rev. Richard moved to Halifax to get his M.Div from the Atlantic School of Theology. During his time at AST, he served as Student Minister for the New Venture Pastoral Charge in Saskatchewan for eight months. Following his ordination, he served the West Bay Pastoral Charge for two years.
Throughout his ministry he has expressed a passion for Worship, Fellowship and any opportunity to seek the Divine in his neighbour.
Rev. Richard and Natalie are blessed to have twin children: Aimee Catherine and Jacob William.
