Brown Bag Lunch Program

The Brown Bag Lunch program goal is to ensure no one goes a day without food. Lunches are offered 5 days a week during office hours. In your lunch bag you’ll find: canned meat, granola bar, fruit/pudding cup, drink box and cutlery.

Stop into the Church Office at 512 Charlotte Street to pick up your Brown Bag Lunch!

This past year we gave out over 400 bags! All food is donated by the congregation or purchased by the church.


Food Pantry Program

The Food Pantry program began in 2012. Pantry items are provided to those who are out of work and/or on social assistance. All items are non-perishable and can include coffee, soup, pancake mix, juice, condiments, canned milk, sugar, flour personal hygiene items, toilet paper, laundry soap, aluminum foil, and much, much more…

The Pantry runs on a point system which is based on the size of your family: Single person: 10 points, Couple: 15 points, each Child: 5 points – up to maximum of 25 points per family.

Individuals and families are limited to one visit per month. Please bring the Medicare cards for all of your family members and use the Charlotte Street entrance.

 In 2025, our 136 clients came from 17 different countries, including Canada, and consisted of 25 single men, 17 single women, 15 couples, 21 single parents and 58 two-parent families. Our program benefited 275 children.
